Dismantling


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove from a pulley a cover.
    The special tool remove a pulley.
    Turn out three bolts and remove the vacuum pump.
    Turn out nuts of fastening of the plug "V" to a back cover, remove an insulator and turn out five bolts of fastening of a back cover.
    Turn out four coupling bolts and remove a back cover.
    If it is necessary to remove a tension regulator, отпаяйте four wires of a stator from rectifier diodes.
    Separate a rotor, a stator and a forward cover.

Installation

Before installation connect to the generator an oil hose.

After installation of the generator connect an oil hose to a branch pipe from the oil pallet.

Clamp a collar of fastening of a hose on a direct part of a branch pipe.

After installation of an oil tube do not bend and do not bring into contact to the block of cylinders an oil tube.
