Removal and installation of a transmission of A4AF3

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Turn out a drain stopper and merge in suitable capacity transmission oil from a transmission.
    Remove the air filter.
    Disconnect the socket from the switch of ranges of a transmission.
    Disconnect the solenoidal socket and the socket from the sensor of temperature of oil.
    Remove a management cable.
    Remove a clip of a cable of management.
    Disconnect a hose from an oil radiator.
    Disconnect the socket from the speedometer sensor.
    Remove forward wheels.
    Remove a starter.
    Turn out the top bolts of fastening of a transmission.
    Remove supports of forward brakes.
    Disconnect from a rotary fist the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draft.
    Remove the sensor of speed and turn out bolts of fastening of a forward rack to a rotary fist.
    Remove a power shaft and unscrew a nut of fastening of the left nave.
    The special adaptation support the engine so that the weight of the engine was perceived by the adaptation.
    Remove a transmission arm.
      Turn out a bolt of fastening of a support.

b. Turn out (left) bolt from a body.

c. Turn out (top) bolt from a body.

    Remove a forward roller stopper from the bottom frame.
    Remove a back roller stopper from the bottom frame.
    Uncover a bell casing.
    Turn out bolts and remove a plate closing the hydrotransformer.
    Turn out bolts of fastening of a plate to the block of cylinders.
    Establish a jack under the bottom frame.
    Turn out the bottom bolts of fastening of a transmission.
    Remove the forward exhaust silencer.
    Turn out bolts of fastening of the bottom frame.
    Establish a jack under a transmission.
    Turn out the bottom bolts of fastening of a transmission.
    Remove a transmission.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Establish on a forward part of a transmission the hydrotransformer and establish a transmission to the engine.

If the hydrotransformer to establish at first on the engine, at installation of a transmission the sealing ring of a transmission can be damaged.

    Establish a cable of management of a transmission and adjust as follows.
      Move the lever of the selector and the switch of ranges of a transmission to situation N and establish a cable of management of a transmission. At connection of a cable of management to establishing arm of a transmission, establish a clip so that it contacted with a management cable. As adjusting nut choose any free wheeling in a cable of management and check that the lever of the selector moves smoothly. Check that the cable of management is adjusted correctly.
