Check of pressure of transmission liquid (А4AF3)



 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Start up the engine before transmission warming up.
  2. Lift the forward party of the car so that driving wheels could rotate freely.
  3. Connect a tachometer and arrange so that he was well visible.
  4. Connect a special manometer 09452–21500 with an adapter 09452–21002 to each union of check of pressure. For check of return pressure it is necessary to use a manometer with a limit of measurement of 3 000 kPas.
  5. Measure pressure of transmission liquid at various positions of the lever of the selector and frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of the engine. If pressure does not correspond to demanded values, check and repair transmission elements.

1. Visually examine the oil filter and, if necessary, replace it.

2. Check pressure in the pipeline by criterion of 2 (Kickdown):
– if pressure does not correspond demanded, adjust pressure in the pipeline and, if necessary, replace the case of valves

3. Check functioning of the regulating valve and, if necessary, replace the case of valves

4. Tighten bolts of fastening of the case of valves and an adjusting bolt

5. Check an axial gap of a gear wheel of the oil pump and, if necessary, replace the oil pump

Inappropriate reduction of pressure

1. Inappropriate pressure in the pipeline

2. Filter contamination (L-shaped type)

1. Remove сервопоршень kickdown and check a condition of a sealing ring and a D-ring. In the presence of scratches replace a D-ring or a sealing ring

1. Disassemble coupling of the main transfer and check a D-ring condition, a piston ring, a sealing ring of a clamp etc. In the presence of scratches replace the corresponding elements
