Adjustment of preliminary loading of differential (F4A42)

Place solder (about 10 mm in length of 3 mm in diameter) on a hydrotransformer casing as is shown in drawing.

Establish a hydrotransformer casing to a transmission case, without using hermetic. Tighten bolts the moment of the inhaling recommended by the specification. Turn out bolts and remove solder.

Use a micrometer for measurement of thickness (T) of the compressed solder. Choose the laying which thickness is in limits of the calculated value. Standard thickness: from (mm T+0,045) to (mm T+0,105).
