Removal

Disconnect brake tubes from the main brake cylinder.
|
|
Remove the main brake cylinder. Inhaling moment: 8–12 N • m.
|
Disconnect a vacuum hose from the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
In salon of the car remove spring шплинт, and remove a pin with a head and an opening under шплинт.
Unscrew four nuts of fastening of the vacuum amplifier of brakes.

Remove the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
|
|
|
Installation
|
|
At installation of the vacuum amplifier of brakes remove from two parties of the amplifier transport packing.
Establish the vacuum amplifier of brakes with new laying on a partition of a motor compartment and fix four nuts. Inhaling moment: 13–16 N • m.
Put a greasing layer on an adjusting opening in a brake pedal.

Connect draft to a pedal of a brake and establish a pin with a head and an opening under шплинт and fix its new spring the shplinty.
|
Establish the main brake cylinder on the vacuum amplifier of brakes and fix nuts. Connect brake tubes and tighten connecting nuts of fastening of tubes.
From a motor compartment attach a vacuum hose to the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
Fill a popolnitelny tank of brake system with brake liquid. Remove air from a hydraulic contour of brake system.
Check absence of leakages of brake liquid.

Check and, if necessary, adjust height of installation of a pedal and a free wheeling of a pedal of a brake.
|
After installation put greasing on points of contact of a pedal of a brake and draft.
|
|
|
|
