Piston

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Check an external surface of the piston on absence of damages, development or non-uniform wear. If necessary, replace the piston. Check a piston finger, inserting it into a piston opening. The piston finger should enter smoothly into the piston by pressing it a hand (at room temperature).

Piston rings


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Check each piston ring on absence of damages and non-uniform wear. If necessary, replace piston rings. At replacement of the piston it is also necessary to replace piston rings.
    Insert a new piston ring into a flute of the piston and shchupy measure a gap between a piston ring and a flute wall. If the gap exceeds maximum permissible value, replace the piston.

Gap between a piston ring and a flute in the piston:

Second kompressionny ring: 0,065–0,11 mm
Maslosjemnoye ring: 0.03–0.07

    Measure a gap in the lock of piston rings, having manually inserted a piston ring into the engine cylinder. The bottom of the piston push a piston ring in the lower part of the cylinder.
    By Shchup measure a gap in the lock of a piston ring.

Gap in locks of piston rings:

First kompressionny ring: 0,2–0,3 mm
Second kompressionny ring: 0,30–0,45 mm
Maslosjemnoye ring: 0,20–0,45 mm

Maximum permissible gap: 0,8 mm

Loose leaves of shatunny bearings

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Check working surfaces of loose leaves of shatunny bearings on lack of strips, scratches, local corrosion, development and other damages. If necessary, replace loose leaves. If working surfaces of loose leaves of shatunny bearings are strongly damaged, check a condition of shatunny necks of a cranked shaft. If the cranked shaft is also damaged, replace it or for a reuse перешлифуйте necks till the next reduced size.
    Measure internal diameter of loose leaves of shatunny bearings and diameter of necks of a cranked shaft. If the oil gap exceeds admissible limits, replace loose leaves and, if necessary, a cranked shaft.

Oil gap in shatunny bearings: 0,024-0,042 mm
Maximum permissible gap: 0,10 mm

Installation

Rod, piston finger and piston

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Connect the piston to a rod.
    Combine forward labels and insert a piston finger. The piston finger should enter smoothly into the piston by pressing it a hand (at room temperature). In the presence of a big gap replace a piston finger.

Piston rings

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Establish on the piston a dilator of a maslosjemny ring and a maslosjemny ring. To Passatizhami for a release of piston rings establish a kompressionny ring No. 2, then establish a kompressionny ring No. 1. Be convinced that labels on piston rings are directed to the piston bottom.
    Arrange locks of piston rings, as is shown in drawing.
    Establish the piston with piston rings over the first cylinder, thus the label on the piston should be directed to a forward part of the block of cylinders.
    The special adaptation compress piston rings on the piston. The handle of a hammer press the piston into the cylinder so that the bottom head of a rod was established on a neck of a cranked shaft.
    Establish the shatunny loose leaf in a rod cover. Establish a cover of a rod and fix nuts. Inhaling moment: 25 N • m + to tighten on a corner 90 °.

Do not use more than three times bolts of fastening of covers of rods.

    Shchup inserted between a rod and cranked shaft, measure a lateral gap of a rod.

Nominal lateral gap of a rod: 0,10–0,35 mm
Maximum permissible gap: 0,40 mm
