Block of cylinders

Removal

Remove a head of cylinders, a gear belt, a forward cover, a flywheel, pistons and a cranked shaft.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove from the block of cylinders of the engine the remains of laying, hermetic, dirt, oil, lubricant and other alien materials. Visually check the block of cylinders on lack of a rust, corrosion, cracks and other defects.
  1. Measure diameters of cylinders in the opposite directions (And and In), in three planes on height of cylinders (1, 2 and 3).
  1. If diameters of cylinders exceed admissible values, have ovality or a konusnost or a surface of cylinders is damaged, or has development, the block of cylinders is necessary for chiseling and отхонинговать, and also to establish new pistons and piston rings of the repair size.

Nominal diameter of the cylinder: 83 + 0,03 mm
Cylinder Konusnost: no more than 0,01 mm

  1. If in the top part of the cylinder there is a step, cut off it the special tool.
  1. As spare parts pistons of four increased sizes are delivered: 0,25, 0,5, 0,75 and 1,00 mm. When boring cylinders till the next increased size sustain a gap between the piston and the cylinder and be convinced that pistons have the same increased size. Standard measurement of external diameter of the piston is necessary for carrying out at distance of 2 mm from a skirt and perpendicular to persistent surfaces. A gap between the piston and the cylinder: 0,069–0,091 mm.
  1. Check the block of cylinders on absence of damages and cracks.
  2. Clear interfaced surfaces of a head of the block of cylinders and the block of cylinders of the laying remains. A metal ruler and shchupy in six directions check planeness of an interfaced surface of the block of cylinders.

Deviation from planeness:

– on width: 0,042 mm;
– on length: 0,096 mm;
– on a diagonal: 0,012 mm.

Maximum permissible deviation from planeness: 0,1 mm.

The Privalochny surface for laying of the block of cylinders after repolishing should reduce height of the block of cylinders no more than – 0,2 mm.

Boring of cylinders

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Pistons of the increased size which should be used to be defined on the basis of the greatest diameter of an opening of the cylinder.

Marking is beaten out on the piston bottom.

  1. Measure external diameter of the piston.
  2. On the basis of the measured size define the amount of boring. Amount of boring = Diameter of the piston + 0,02 mm (honingovaniye size).
  3. Chisel each of cylinders till the settlement size.

For an exception of change of the size from temperature in the course of a honingovaniye, process cylinders in the following sequence: No. 2, No. 4, No. 1 and No. 3.

  1. Honinguyte cylinders before receiving the demanded settlement diameter (external diameter of the piston + a gap).
  2. Check a gap between the piston and the cylinder.

When boring, chisel all cylinders till one increased size. Do not chisel only one cylinder till the increased size.

Establish details in the following sequence:

  1. Cranked shaft
  2. Flywheel
  3. Piston
  4. Head of the block of the cylinder
  5. Gear belt
  6. Forward cover
