Removal

Remove a gear belt, a forward cover, a flywheel, a head of cylinders and the oil pallet.
Remove a back cover from the block of cylinders and a back sealing ring of a cranked shaft.
Unscrew nuts and remove covers of rods.

Mark covers of radical bearings of a cranked shaft to establish them on the places and in the same situation. |
Turn out bolts and remove a basic cover of radical bearings of a cranked shaft and a cranked shaft.

Check
|
Check necks of radical and shatunny bearings of a cranked shaft on lack of wear and development. Check lubricant openings of a cranked shaft on lack of a contamination.

2. By a micrometer measure diameters of necks of a cranked shaft in two opposite directions. In the presence of a konusnost or ovality перешлифуйте a cranked shaft. |

Loose leaves of shatunny and radical bearings
Check shatunny and radical loose leaves on absence of local corrosion, development and other damages. If necessary, replace loose leaves.
Measurement of a gap of radical and shatunny bearings
|
For measurement of a gap of radical and shatunny bearings measure diameters of necks of a cranked shaft and the corresponding internal diameters of bearings. The size of a gap is a difference between internal diameter of the bearing and the corresponding diameter of a neck of a cranked shaft.

Gap of radical bearings of a cranked shaft: 0.024-0.042 mm Gap of shatunny bearings of a cranked shaft: 0,024–0,042 mm

Measurement of a gap of radical and shatunny bearings with use of the plastic calibrated core of Plastigauge is most exact and convenient

Clear radical and shatunny necks of a cranked shaft of greasing, and lubricant openings blow the compressed air.
Establish loose leaves of radical bearings on the block of cylinders of the engine. Cut off slices of a plastic core Plastigauge equal to width of bearings and put them along an axis on loose leaves of radical bearings of a cranked shaft.
Establish a cranked shaft on loose leaves of radical bearings in the block of cylinders. According to marking establish loose leaves of radical bearings and a basic cover. In a certain sequence tighten bolts of fastening of a basic cover of radical bearings of a cranked shaft. Do not turn a cranked shaft of the engine at measurement of a gap of radical bearings of a cranked shaft. Turn out bolts and remove a basic cover of radical bearings of a cranked shaft. By a measuring template measure width of the deformed plastic core of Plastigauge and define gap size.

Oil sealing rings
Check lobbies and back oil sealing rings on absence of damages or wear of working edges. In the presence of any defects replace a sealing ring.
Basic cover of bearings
|
After installation of a basic cover of bearings turn a cranked shaft and be convinced that it rotates easily and smoothly, and its axial люфт corresponds to the values given in the specification. Axial люфт cranked shaft: 0,09-0,32 mm.

Drive plate
Replace the deformed, damaged or having cracks a drive plate.
Flywheel
|
Check a condition of a surface of the flywheel contacting to a disk of coupling. In the presence of considerable wear replace a flywheel.
Check palpation of a surface of the flywheel contacting to a disk of coupling. Palpation: 0,13 mm3.
Check a condition of a gear wreath of a flywheel on absence of damages and wear and if necessary replace it.

Installation
|
Establish the top loose leaves of radical bearings with flutes for supply of oil on the block of cylinders of the engine. At repeated installation of loose leaves establish them on the same places on which they were before removal.
|
Establish loose leaves of radical bearings without flutes in a basic cover of radical bearings of a cranked shaft.
|
Establish the bottom central loose leaf of the radical bearing without a flute. Establish the top central loose leaf of the radical bearing with a flute.
Before installation of a cranked shaft apply a thin film pure engine oil on all surfaces of sliding. Establish a cranked shaft on loose leaves of radical bearings in the block of cylinders.
Establish a basic cover, thus use Loctite 5205 hermetic.
Tighten the demanded moment bolts of fastening of a basic plate. Inhaling moment: – 15 mm: 28–32 + to tighten on a corner 120 ° – 12 mm: 33,7–37,7.
Tighten bolts for 4 or 5 passes.
Turn a cranked shaft and check that it rotates easily and smoothly. Establish a measuring tip of the indicator of hour type on a forward end face of a cranked shaft. Move a cranked shaft along an axis against the stop and establish a scale of the indicator of hour type on a zero. Move a cranked shaft along an axis to other party against the stop and read values axial люфта on an indicator scale.

Grease an external surface of a new sealing ring with engine oil. The special tool 09231-21000 establish a sealing ring against the stop in a cover nest.

Cars with a mechanical transmission
Establish a flywheel and fix bolts having tightened them according to the specification. Inhaling moment: 70–80 N • m.
Cars with an automatic transmission
Establish a plate of a drive and fix bolts having tightened them according to the specification. Inhaling moment: 70–80 N • m.
