The special tool disconnect a tip of steering draft and the hinge.

Several times shake here and there a pin of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draft.
|
|
Screw on a pin of the spherical hinge two nuts and measure a torque. Torque: 0,5–2,5 N • m.
|
If the torque exceeds admissible values, replace a tip of steering draft.
If the torque is much lower than admissible value, the spherical hinge can be reused, if it is not got jammed and has no excessive люфта.
