Pressure head hose and pipe

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove an airintaking branch pipe.
    Remove a clip of fastening of a pressure head hose.
    Disconnect a pipe fitting from steering transfer. Lift the car and remove a clip, fixing pressure head and returnable tubes.
    Lower the car and remove a connector (24 mm).
    Remove a pressure head hose and a tube.
    Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.
  1. Establish a pressure head hose and a tube so that they were not overwound and did not concern mobile elements of the car.
  2. Pump over a hydraulic drive of the amplifier of a steering.

Returnable hose and pipe

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove from an arm a tank of the amplifier of a steering.
    Remove clips of fastening of a returnable pipe and a hose.
    Remove an airintaking branch pipe.
    Disconnect a pressure head pipe and a fitting of a returnable pipe from steering transfer.
    Lift the car and remove a clip, fixing pressure head and returnable tubes.
    Lower the car and remove a clip of fastening of a returnable tube and a hose.
    Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.
  1. Establish a returnable hose and a tube so that they were not overwound and did not concern mobile elements of the car.
  2. Pump over a hydraulic drive of the amplifier of a steering.

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Manually braiding a hose, check it on absence of damages or cracks. Be convinced that there is no contact between a hose and other elements of the car.
