Disconnect a pressure head hose from the pump.
|
|
Disconnect soaking-up filter from the socket of absorption and merge liquid in the container.
|
Weaken bolts of fastening of the pump and remove a driving belt.
|
|
Turn out a bolt of adjustment of a tension of a belt.
|
|
|
Remove a driving belt from a pulley of the pump of the amplifier of a steering.
|
Turn out bolts of fastening of the pump and a bolt of adjustment of a tension of a belt.
|
|
Remove the pump of the amplifier of a steering.
|
|
|
Be careful, as liquid will follow from the pump. |
|
|
Remove an arm of the pump of the amplifier of a steering.
|
|
|
Dismantling
|
|
|
|
Remove from the pump soaking-up pipe and a sealing ring.
|
Turn out four bolts and remove a back cover with laying and pins.
Remove a statorny ring.
Remove a rotor and blades.
Remove a forward lateral plate.
Remove internal and external sealing rings.
Remove a spring.
|
|
|
|
At assembly it is necessary to use new laying and a sealing ring. |
|
|
|
Fix a pulley in a vice, unscrew a nut of fastening of a pulley and remove a spring washer.
|
Remove a pulley and a segment shponka.
|
|
Using special flat-nose pliers, remove a lock ring and the rasporny plug.
|
|
|
Squeeze out a pulley shaft with the bearing. If necessary use a kapron hammer.
|
|
|
Remove a sealing ring from the pump case.
|
|
|
At assembly it is necessary to use a new sealing ring. |
Disconnect the socket from the case of the oil pump and remove the valve and a spring.
Remove from a connector a sealing ring.
|
|
|
|
Do not make dismantling of the control valve. |
|
|
|
Check
|
|
Measure length of a spring of the control valve in a free condition. Length of a spring in a free condition: 36,5 mm.
Be convinced that the control valve will not bend.
Check a shaft on lack of wear and damages.
Check a driving belt on lack of wear and loss of properties.
Check rotor and blade grooves on lack of wear.
Check a contact surface of a statorny ring and blades on lack of wear.
Check blades on absence of damages.
Check on lack of wear a lateral plate and a surface of contact of a shaft and a pump cover.

Assembly
|
|
Establish a spring of the control valve, the valve and a connector in the pump case.
|
|
The special tool 09222-32100 establish oil consolidation in the pump case.
|
|
|
Softly insert assembly of a shaft and establish the rasporny plug and a lock ring.
|
|
|
Establish a pump pulley with a segment shponka.
|
Establish a spring and an internal sealing ring.
|
|
Establish an external sealing ring in a lateral plate and establish a forward lateral plate.
|
|
|
Insert pins into deepenings of the forward case, then establish a statorny ring, paying attention to the direction of its installation.
|
Establish a rotor so that labels on a rotor settled down from outside, an opposite forward part of the case.
|
|
Establish blades the rounded-off parts outside.
|
Establish laying and a pump cover.
Establish soaking-up pipe and a sealing ring.
|
|
Installation
|
|
|
|
Establish the pump on an arm, put on a driving belt pulleys and tighten a bolt of adjustment of a tension of a belt. Inhaling moment: 3,5–10 N • m.
|
Establish soaking-up filter.
Connect to the pump a pressure head hose.
|
|
Establish a pressure head hose so that it was not overwound and did not make contact with any other parts. |
Fill in liquid. The recommended liquid: PSF–3.
Pump over a hydraulic drive of the amplifier of a steering.
Check the pressure created by the pump.
