Adjustment of a tension of a gear belt

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Lift the car.
    Turn a steering wheel against the stop counter-clockwise.

At turn of a steering wheel do not apply big efforts.

    Remove an arm of a support of the engine. Remove a pulley of the water pump.
    Remove the top casing of a gear belt.
    Remove the bottom casing of a gear belt.

Rotate a cranked shaft only clockwise.

    Turn a cranked shaft clockwise and combine adjusting labels that the piston in the first cylinder was established in the top dead point in a compression step.
    Weaken a bolt from a point of turn of the mechanism of a tension and a bolt from a shliyets.
    Turn a cranked shaft clockwise on full 2 teeth on a pulley.

For the correct adjustment of a tension establish a yoke of the final valve in the top provision of a cam.

    Be convinced that teeths of a pulley and a gear belt coincide. First of all tighten a bolt from a shliyets and in the second turn – a bolt from a point of turn of the mechanism of a tension. Establish a tension of a gear belt. Establish the bottom casing of a gear belt. Establish the top casing of a gear belt. Establish a pulley of the water pump and an arm of a support of the engine.
