Removal
|

|
Remove from the engine a casing.
|
Remove the inlet air branch pipe connected to throttle knot.
Remove an accelerator cable.
Remove a hose of ventilation of a case and a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes.

|
Separate connections of a vacuum hose and sockets from sensors of a measuring instrument of a consumption of air and the provision of a butterfly valve.
|
Remove pressure in fuel system and disconnect a fuel hose of a high pressure.
Unscrew bolts of fastening of an inlet collector.
Remove an inlet collector and laying.
Disconnect the socket of a plait of wires from fuel nozzles.
Remove the fuel highway with fuel nozzles.

Be careful not to drop fuel nozzles at removal of the fuel highway. |

|
Check
|
|
Check the air chamber on lack of defects or cracks.
Check an inlet collector on absence of damages or splitting of any its part.
Check an air branch pipe on absence of damages or splitting of any its part.

Installation
|
|
Establish an inlet collector with new laying.
Establish the fuel highway with the fuel nozzles fixed on it.
|
|
|
|
Be careful not to drop fuel nozzles at installation of the fuel highway. |
|
Connect the socket of a plait of wires to fuel nozzles.
Establish a support of an inlet collector.
Connect a fuel hose of a high pressure.
Establish a hose of ventilation of a case and a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
Establish the inlet air branch pipe connected to throttle knot.
Establish an accelerator cable.
Connect sockets to sensors of a measuring instrument of a consumption of air and the provision of a butterfly valve.
