Turn out bolts of fastening of a support of the engine.

Remove an engine support from the engine.
|
On cars with a mechanical transmission remove the gear shifting lever.
|
|
Turn out a bolt of fastening of a transmission.
|
|
|
Remove protection of an arch of the right wheel. Turn out bolts of fastening of an arm of a transmission.
|
Remove a transmission arm.
|
|
Turn out the top and bottom bolts of fastening of a forward support of the engine. Remove a forward support of the engine.
|
|
|
Turn out a bolt and remove a back support of the engine from the bottom frame.
|
|
|
Installation
|
|
Check that the roller stopper is correctly established in the plug and does not move in it.
|
|
Establish a roller stopper.
|
|
|
Establish under a certain corner a forward support of the engine.
Cars with an automatic transmission: 30±3 °
Cars with a mechanical transmission: 14±3 °
|
|
|
Establish under a certain corner a back support of the engine.
Cars with an automatic transmission: 33±3 °
Cars with a mechanical transmission: 20±3 °
|
|
|
Plug installation
|
|
- Forward and back plugs of a podmotorny frame should be strictly focused.
- Be convinced that established plugs in the correct situation.
|
|
|
|
|
On the top party of forward and back cross-pieces there are 2 shooters defining position of plugs.
|
|
|
At installation of plugs in nests of cross-pieces combine arrows on plugs with the direction of lateral elements.
|
|
|
Make sure that plugs are established parallel to lateral elements of a cross-piece. Be convinced that the direction of installation of plugs does not deviate more, than on ±3 ° the direction of a lateral element. |
