Removal

Remove a transmission and coupling.
Turn out bolts and remove a flywheel. If on the car the automatic transmission is established, remove a drive plate. At a reversing of bolts block a flywheel from a provorachivaniye.

Check
|
Check a condition of a surface of the flywheel contacting to a disk of coupling. In the presence of considerable wear replace a flywheel.
Check palpation of a surface of the flywheel contacting to a disk of coupling. Palpation: 0,1 mm3.
Check a condition of a gear wreath of a flywheel on absence of damages and wear and if necessary replace it.

Installation
Establish a flywheel or a drive plate on a cranked shaft. The special tool block a flywheel from a provorachivaniye and tighten bolts of fastening of a flywheel.
Inhaling moment: 120–130 N • m.
