Removal

Main exhaust silencer

Before removal or survey of elements of system of production of the fulfilled gases be convinced that it cooled down enough.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Disconnect the exhaust silencer from the central pipe.
    Remove rubber suspension brackets and the main exhaust silencer from the car.

Central exhaust silencer

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Separate the central exhaust silencer from a reception exhaust pipe and the main exhaust silencer.
    Remove rubber suspension brackets and the central exhaust silencer from the car.

Reception exhaust pipe

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Separate a reception exhaust pipe from catalytic converter or a final collector. Turn out forward tightening a bolt of an exhaust pipe and a nut of fastening of the central exhaust silencer.

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Check exhaust silencers and pipes on absence of corrosion and damages.
    Check rubber suspension brackets on absence of aging and cracks.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Temporarily establish assembly of a reception exhaust pipe, the central and back exhaust silencers. Reliably tighten all connections of elements of system of production of the fulfilled gases. Moving to the parties an exhaust system of the car, check, that it did not concern a car body. Otherwise replace rubber suspension brackets of an exhaust system.
