Establish pushers and adjusting laying.

It is necessary to establish pushers and adjusting laying on their initial places. |
|
|
Establish a chain on asterisks of camshafts how it is shown in drawing.
|
|
|
Before installation apply a thin film pure engine oil on all surfaces of sliding of camshafts. Establish camshafts.
|
|
|
Establish covers of bearings of camshafts. Check the identification labels defining camshafts of inlet or final valves.

|
Tighten bolts of fastening of covers of bearings the demanded moment. Inhaling moment: 14–15 N • m.
|
|
|
Grease with engine oil working edges and an external surface of a sealing ring and the special tool 09221-21000 establish a sealing ring on a forward part of a camshaft.
|
|
|
In hammer blows on the special adaptation establish a sealing ring on depth of 8,5 mm from a forward working surface of a camshaft.
|
|
|
Establish a pulley of a camshaft and fix it a bolt. Inhaling moment: 100–120 N • m.
|
|
|
Combine an adjusting label of a camshaft and an adjusting label of a pulley of a cranked shaft with indexes, thus the piston of the 1st cylinder will be in VMT in a compression step.
|
|
|
Establish a cover of a head of cylinders and tighten bolts of fastening of a cover the demanded moment. Inhaling moment: 8–10 N • m.
|
Establish high-voltage wires, coils of ignition and the central cover.
|
|
Establish a gear belt and tighten the mechanism of a tension of a gear belt.
|
Establish casings of a gear belt. Inhaling moment: 8–10 N • m.
|

Establish a pulley of the water pump and a pulley of a cranked shaft.
