Removal and nozzle installation

  • The fuel system works at high pressures (the 1350th bar).
  • Do not carry out any works on fuel system at the working engine or within 30 seconds after its stop.
  • Always observe precautionary measures.
  • At work provide absolute purity.
  • Never remove nozzles.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
  2. Disconnect from a nozzle the electric socket.
  3. Disconnect the pipeline of a high pressure from the pressure and nozzle accumulator.
  4. Press a clip and, moving back, disconnect the pipeline of return of fuel.
  5. Attach connection of the pipeline of return of fuel. Never establish it without a clip.
  6. Remove a copper sealing ring.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Before installation of a nozzle clear an interfaced surface of a head of cylinders and a consolidation surface.
  2. Insert a brush.
  3. Clear a consolidation surface.
  4. Establish a new copper sealing ring. For ring deduction on a nozzle it is possible to use a small amount of greasing.
  5. Establish a nozzle, thus do not concern a spray tip, and a sliding clip with a tightening bolt.
  6. Screw tightening a bolt. Inhaling moment: 27±2 N • m.
  7. Establish the pipeline of a high pressure. Inhaling moment: 18–23 N • m.
  8. At installation of the pipeline of a high pressure for an exception of its perekruchivaniye a key fix a six-sided element of the pipeline.
  9. Attach connection of the pipeline of return of fuel. Never establish it without a clip.
  10. Having pulled back, check reliability of fastening of the pipeline of return of fuel.
  11. Connect to a nozzle the electric socket.
  12. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery.
  13. Start the engine and check absence of leakages of fuel.
  14. Check and erase the codes of malfunction of a fuel nozzle written down in memory.
