Check a condition of a poliklinovy belt and its arrangement on pulleys.

If at work poliklinovy the belt publishes extraneous noise, check a belt on lack of wear and damages, and also working surfaces of pulleys. Also check the deflection of a belt defining its tension. |

In the absence of the special device check a belt tension, having pressed on it effort of 100 N in a place located on identical removal from pulleys and measure a belt deflection.

Belt deflection
– new belt: 5–5,5 mm;
– earlier used belt: 6–7 mm;
– a working belt: 8 mm.
