Oil for greasing of the compressor of the conditioner

Oil for greasing of the compressor of the conditioner circulates in system at operation of the compressor. At replacement of any element of central air of air at considerable leakage of a coolant add in system oil that its volume remained at initial level. Oil volume: 140–160 cm3.

Oil condition

    Oil should not contain moisture, a dust, metal particles etc. Do not mix some oil of various types. Moisture content in oil increases, if it remains open on air a long time. After oil use the capacity with oil is necessary for closing immediately tightly.

Return of oil to the compressor

Check level of oil and at operation of the engine idling within 20–30 minutes in central air operating mode with the maximum cooling and the maximum frequency of rotation of the fan, oil should come back to the compressor.

Check of level and oil dolivka

Before oil addition in the conditioner compressor, check compressor oil as follows.


    Execute operation of return of oil in the compressor, then discharge air central air from a coolant and remove the compressor from the car.
    Merge oil from a target branch pipe of the compressor.

If the compressor cold, probably there will be difficulties with oil plums. For plum of oil heat up the compressor to temperature 40-50°C.

    Measure amount of the flowed-out oil. If less than 70 cm3 flowed out oils, means, there is a small leakage of oil. Check tightness of connections of central air of air and repair or replace the damaged elements.
    Check a condition of oil and fill the compressor with oil in the following order.

a. If oil pure.

Volume of the merged oil
More than 70 cm3 Oil level the normal. Add the amount of the oil equal to amount of flowed-out oil.
Less than 70 cm3 Oil level the low. Add 70 cm3 of oil.

b. If oil is polluted by metal particles or other materials, before a coolant charging in central air of air clear the dryer the receiver.
