The sensor of temperature of cooling liquid

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Merge cooling liquid to the level located below the sensor. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery and I will corrode from the sensor. Remove the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid.

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Heat up the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid, immersing it in hot cooling liquid. Measure resistance of the sensor. Resistance: 2,31-2,59 Ohm at temperature 20°C.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Put hermetic on a carving of the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid and screw the sensor, having tightened it the demanded moment. Hermetic: Threebond No. 1324N or LOCTITE 262 inhaling Moment: 20–40 N • m. Connect to the sensor the electric socket. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery. Fill in in cooling system necessary amount of demanded cooling liquid.
