If there are cracks in a protective cover, replace it and add greasing in the hinge.

Screw on a pin of the spherical hinge самоконтрящуюся a nut and measure a torque. A Dinamometrichesky key turn for самоконтрящуюся a nut a pin of the spherical hinge and on the fifth turn measure a torque which is necessary for putting for a provorachivaniye of a pin of the spherical hinge. Torque: 1,7–3,2 N • m.
If the torque exceeds admissible values, replace draft of the stabilizer.
If the torque is much lower than admissible value, the spherical hinge can be reused, if it is not got jammed and has no excessive люфта.

Installation

Establish the plug on the stabilizer of cross-section stability.

|
|
|
Combine the plug with the well-aimed put white paint on the stabilizer of cross-section stability. |
|
