Forward stabilizer of cross-section stability

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove a forward wheel.
    Remove draft of the stabilizer.
    Remove an arm of the stabilizer and the plug.
    Remove a back support of the engine.
    Remove the stabilizer of cross-section stability.

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Check the stabilizer of cross-section stability on absence of loss of elasticity and damages. Check a condition of all bolts. Check a protective cover of draft of the stabilizer on lack of cracks or damages.
    Check a torque which is necessary for putting for a provorachivaniye of a pin of the spherical hinge of draft of the stabilizer.

• If there are cracks in a protective cover, replace it and add greasing in the hinge.
• Several times shake here and there a pin of the spherical hinge of draft of the stabilizer. Torque: 1,7–3,2 N • m.
• If the torque exceeds admissible values, replace draft of the stabilizer.
• If the torque is much lower than admissible value, the spherical hinge can be reused, if it is not got jammed and has no excessive люфта.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Establish the plug on the stabilizer of cross-section stability.

The distance between the plug and the well-aimed put white paint should make 10 mm and settle down from the outer side of the car.

    Level an arm in relation to the plug. Be convinced that the arm reliably covers the plug. Temporarily fix an arm of the plug and establish the plug on the second party of the stabilizer.
