Bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket
Removal

Remove a forward wheel.
|
|
Get шплинт from a power shaft, unscrew a nut and remove a washer of fastening of a shaft to a nave of a forward wheel.
|
Weaken a nut of fastening of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever, but do not turn out it completely.
Turn out two bolts of fastening of the lower part of a rack to a rotary fist.
Removing outside a rotary fist, get a power shaft from a nave.
|
|
Stripper 09568–34000 squeeze out a pin of the spherical hinge from a rotary fist.
|
Temporarily establish the bottom bolt of fastening of a rack of a forward suspension bracket.
Turn out a nut of fastening of draft of the stabilizer.
Turn out bolts of fastening of the plug (A) and (G) of the bottom lever.
Remove the bottom lever.

Dismantling
Replacement of the spherical hinge and dustproof cover
|
|
|
|
Edge of a screw-driver remove a dustproof cover from the spherical hinge of the bottom lever.
|
|
|
Kapron hammer separate the spherical hinge from the bottom lever.
|
|
|
The special tool 09545-11000 press the new spherical hinge in the bottom lever.
|
Establish a spring ring.
|
|
The special tool 09545-21100 establish a dustproof cover.
|
|
|
Replacement of the plug (G) of the bottom lever
|
|
Establish special tools 09545-02000, 09216-21200 and 09216-21200 on the bottom lever.
Grease with soap solution the following details:
– external surface of the new plug;
– internal surface of fastening of the plug of the bottom lever.
The special tool 09216-21100, 09624-34000 establish the new plug on the bottom lever.
|
|
Press the plug (G) so that it was in the situation shown in drawing.
After installation of the plug erase soap solution. Effort of a press fitting: 80 N.
|
|
|
Check
|
|
|
|
Check the plug on lack of wear and deterioration of its condition.
|
Check the bottom lever on lack of a bend or damages.
Check a protective cover of the spherical hinge on lack of cracks.
Check a condition of all bolts.
|
|
Check a torque which is necessary for putting for a provorachivaniye of a pin of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever.
|
• If there are cracks in a protective cover, replace the spherical hinge.
• Several times shake here and there a pin of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever.
• Measure a torque necessary for a provorachivaniye of a pin of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever.
Torque: 3,5–10 N • m
• If the torque exceeds admissible values, replace the spherical hinge.
• If the torque is much lower than admissible value, the spherical hinge can be reused, if it is not got jammed and has no excessive люфта.

Installation
|
|
First of all establish the plug (G) of the bottom lever and fix it bolts, having tightened them by hand.
At the same time insert a power shaft into a nave.
Establish draft of the stabilizer in the bottom lever, however do not tighten finally самоконтрящуюся a nut of fastening of draft.
For installation of the plug (And) the bottom lever press a brake disk and a nave of a forward wheel.
Tighten a bolt of fastening of the plug (And) the bottom lever.
Finally bolt of fastening of the plug (G) of the bottom lever.

Fix draft of the stabilizer a wrench with an open pharynx on 14 mm and screw самоконтрящуюся a nut.
|
Establish a washer, screw a koronchaty nut of fastening of a power shaft and fix its shplinty.
Establish a wheel.
