Rack of a back suspension bracket



    Combine back sitting.
    Turn out three nuts of the top fastening of a back rack.
    Remove a back wheel. Disconnect from a back rack a brake tube and the sensor of frequency of rotation of a wheel. Disconnect draft of the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
    Unscrew nuts and get bolts of fastening of a rack to a fixing element of a back axis.

Be careful not to damage a rack of a back suspension bracket.

    Get a rack from under a car wing.



    Special J38402 adaptations, – 20 and – 50 compress a spring of a rack of a back suspension bracket.

For compression of a spring use only the reliable tool.

    Unscrew самоконтрящуюся a nut in the top part of a rod of the shock-absorber. Remove a rack support, a cylindrical spring and a dustproof cover.



    Check a rack support on lack of wear or damages. Check rubber details on absence of damages or deterioration of their condition. Check a cylindrical spring on lack of a deflection and elasticity loss.
    Check the shock-absorber on existence abnormal resistance or extraneous noise (see. Rack of a forward suspension bracket).



    Establish the bottom support of a spring so that its ledges entered into openings of a plate of a spring. Establish on the shock-absorber a dustproof cover. Special J38402 adaptations,–20 and–50 compress a cylindrical spring of a rack of a back suspension bracket. After complete compression of a spring establish it on the shock-absorber.

Combine a D-shaped opening in the top support of a spring with lysky on a shock-absorber rod.

    Correctly arrange the top and bottom ends of a cylindrical spring, having established them in dredging, and screw самоконтрящуюся a nut, but do not tighten it finally.

At assembly it is necessary to use new самоконтрящуюся a nut.

    Arrange a bolt of fastening of a support of a spring so that to combine a projection of laying, as is shown in drawing.

The identification label of a spring should settle down from below.

    Remove J38402 adaptations,–20 and–40 for spring compression. Tighten самоконтрящуюся a nut the demanded moment of an inhaling. Inhaling moment: 40–55 Nanometers.


Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.

After installation check corners of installation of back wheels.
