Gradually on a diagonal weaken bolts of fastening of coupling assembled.

Turn on each bolt on 1/2 turns until it will be terminated a diafragmenny spring, and bolts can be unscrewed manually. Remove a casing of coupling with a press disk and a coupling disk.

Do not clear solvent a disk of coupling or the bearing of switching off of coupling. It is desirable to remove a flywheel and to check a back sealing ring of a cranked shaft on absence of leaks. If necessary, replace a sealing ring. |

Check a condition of frictional overlays of a disk of coupling and in the presence of oil traces on them or mechanical damages replace a coupling disk.
Clear shlitsa of primary shaft of a transmission and establish on a shaft a coupling disk. If the disk of coupling moves on a shaft hardly or too big gap in shlitsevy connection, replace a disk of coupling and / or an entrance shaft.

Installation

Put greasing on surfaces of contact of the bearing, the cylinder and a fork of switching off of coupling.
Greasing: MOLYWHITE TA No. 2.

At installation of coupling put greasing on all mobile connections of details, but do not use excessive amount of greasing as it can lead to coupling pro-slipping. |
|
Establish a disk of coupling and center it a special opravka 09411–25000.
|
|
Establish a casing of coupling with a press disk on directing pins of a flywheel. Gradually, in diagonal sequence and in a certain order, tighten bolts of fastening of a flywheel. Inhaling moment: 15–22 N • m.
|
|
|
Connect the bearing to a fork of switching off of coupling and establish it on the casing plug.
|
|
|
Apply a thin film MOLYWHITE TA No. 2 greasings on a groove of the basic plug and a point of contact of a fork of switching off of coupling. |
Establish squeezing the lever on a fork of switching off of coupling.
|
|
If the transmission is fixed on the engine, do not carry out this step as the bearing of switching off of coupling can be disconnected in spite of the fact that the fork of switching off of coupling turns freely. |
|
|
Establish a transmission.
|
|
|
After performance of the actions given in a step 6, press squeezing the lever in the direction of an arrow and be convinced that the bearing of switching off of coupling and a casing are correctly connected. The angle of rotation of the squeezing lever should be no more than 3 °. If the angle of rotation of the squeezing lever more than 3 °, means, the bearing of switching off of coupling and a casing are connected incorrectly.
