Removal

Before removal of power shafts close towels all sharp sides about power shafts that will provide protection of covers against damages.

At removal of a power shaft be careful not to stretch the hinge of equal angular speeds as thus there can be a separation of internal elements of the hinge and to its possible damage. The CV JOINT and a protective cover should be reliably protected at works with power shafts or about them.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a forward wheel.
  1. Remove шплинт, unscrew a koronchaty nut and remove a washer of fastening of a power shaft to a nave of a forward wheel.
  1. Take шплинт and unscrew a nut of fastening of a pin of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering bent for to a rotary fist. A stripper 09568–34000 squeeze out a pin of the spherical hinge from a rotary fist.

Cord fix a stripper for the closest element of the car.

  1. Remove a support and a soft wire fix it on a forward rack.
  1. By the indicator of hour type measure palpation and an axial gap of a nave of a forward wheel.
  1. Stripper 09568–34000 disconnect the spherical hinge of the bottom lever from a rotary fist.
  1. Remove the sensor of frequency of rotation from a rotary fist.
  1. Note situation and turn out bolts of fastening of the lower part of a rack of a forward suspension bracket to a rotary fist.
  2. Kapron hammer beat out a power shaft from a nave of a forward wheel. If the power shaft densely sits in a nave of a forward wheel, spray propitochny aerosol solvent on area шлицов and then repeatedly screw a nut with a fillet so that it settled down flush with a shaft end face. Striking on a nut with a brass hammer, beat out a power shaft from a nave.
  3. Remove a rotary fist together with a nave of a forward wheel.

Dismantling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Turn out two screws and remove a brake disk from a nave of a forward wheel.
  1. Remove a lock spring ring.
  1. Establish special tools 09517-29000, 09517-21500, as is shown in drawing.
  1. Turning the special tool, remove a nave of a forward wheel from a rotary fist.
  2. Remove the special tool and a dustproof ring.
  1. The special tool 09495-33000, 09551-31000 remove an internal ring of the bearing from a nave.
  1. The special tool 09495-33100, 09517-29000 remove an external ring of the bearing from a rotary fist.

Check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check a nave on lack of cracks and wear.
  2. Check a brake disk on absence of development and damages.
  3. Check a rotary fist on lack of cracks.
  4. Check the bearing on lack of cracks or damages.

Assembly

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Apply a thin film konsistentny greasing in an opening of a rotary fist and on an external ring of the bearing.
  1. Press with an opravka 09495–33100 corresponding diameter press the new bearing of a wheel.
  • Do not make effort of a press an internal ring of the bearing.
  • At installation always use the new bearing.
  1. Establish a spring ring in a groove of a rotary fist.
  2. Establish a dustproof ring.

  1. Press with an opravka 09495–33100 corresponding diameter press a nave in the wheel bearing.

Do not make effort of a press an external ring of the bearing.

  1. Establish a brake board.
  1. The special tool 09517-21500 tighten a nave to a rotary fist, having tightened an adaptation bolt the moment of 200-260 N • m.
  1. Several times turn a nave that elements of the bearing were established on the places.
  1. Measure a torque which is necessary for putting for a bearing provorachivaniye. Torque: no more than 1,8 N • m.
  1. If a torque of 0 N • m, measure axial люфт the nave bearing.
  1. If the torque exceeds demanded value, means, the bearing is incorrectly established in a rotary fist and on a nave. Disassemble a rotary fist and repeatedly bring together him. Axial люфт bearing: no more than 0,008 mm.
  1. Remove the special tool 09517-21500.
  2. Establish a brake disk and fix it screws.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal.

Tighten carving connections by the demanded moments in the following order:

Nut of fastening of a power shaft: 200–260 N • m
Nut of fastening of a pin of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever to a rotary fist: 60–72 N • m
Nut of fastening of a rotary fist to stoyke:130-150 N • m

  1. Establish a rack and a power shaft in a rotary fist.
  2. Connect the ABS sensor.
  3. Establish a support.
  4. Tighten a nut of fastening of a pin of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever to a rotary fist.
  5. Tighten a nut of fastening of a pin of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering bent for to a rotary fist and fix it a pin.
  6. Establish a washer and tighten a koronchaty nut.
  1. Establish шплинт.
  1. Establish a wheel.
