- Do not assort knot of a support of rollers.
- For greasing of CV JOINTS use only special greasing.
- At assembly of the CV JOINT it is necessary to establish new collars.

Remove collars and pull together a protective cover from the ball CV JOINT (T.J.) power shaft.
|
|
|
Be careful not to damage a protective cover. |
|
|
Special пассатижами remove a lock ring and a hammer through a brass core bring down a support of rollers of tripoidny connection from a power shaft.
|
Clear a support of rollers of tripoidny connection.
Remove collars and pull together protective covers of the ball CV JOINT (B.J.) and Birfield CV JOINT (B.J.).

If the protective cover is repeatedly used before cover removal for its protection, wrap up shlitsa of a power shaft a sticky tape.
|
|
|

|
|
Check a condition шлицов a power shaft.
Check on lack of traces of a rust, water and extraneous subjects in a protective cover of the Birfield CV JOINT (B.J.).
Check a support of rollers of tripoidny connection on lack of wear or corrosion.
Check deepening in the CV JOINT (T.J.) on lack of wear or corrosion.

Check a dynamic damper on absence of damages.

Assembly
|
|
Before cover installation for its protection wrap up shlitsa of a power shaft from the tripoidny hinge (T.J.) sticky tape.
|
|
Put greasing on a power shaft and establish a cover.

For installation of a dynamic damper arrange the Birfield CV JOINT (B.J.) on a straight line in relation to a shaft, establish a damper and fix it a small collar.
Enclose greasing in a protective cover of the tripoidny CV JOINT (T.J.) also establish a cover on the hinge.
Establish collars of fastening of a cover of the CV JOINT of tripoidny type.
Add in the Birfield CV JOINT so much greasing, how many it was wiped during hinge check.
Establish covers.
Fix a protective cover of the Birfield CV JOINT collars.

Fix covers so that the length of a power shaft corresponded to demanded values.
|
|
|
For control of pressure of air in a cover of the hinge of tripoidny type support the demanded distance between collars of fastening of a protective cover or length of a power shaft at a tightening of collars. The nominal length of power shafts is specified in the table.
