Oil pump of petrol engines
Removal
|
|
Remove a gear belt.
Turn out all bolts of fastening of the oil pallet.
Remove the oil pallet.
Turn out 2 bolts and remove the mesh oil filter with a maslopriyemny pipe.
Uncover the oil pump.
Remove internal and external gear wheels of the oil pump from a forward cover, previously having noted their mutual situation.
Turn out a stopper and remove a spring and a plunzher.

Check
|

Check forward oil consolidation on lack of wear or damage of working edges and, if necessary, replace it.
Check a working edge of consolidation on absence of its deterioration. If it is necessary replace oil consolidation.
Check the oil pallet on lack of cracks or damages and if necessary replace it.
Check the oil filter on lack of cracks or damages and if necessary replace it.
Check a forward cover on lack of wear or damages to places of contact to gear wheels of the oil pump and if necessary replace it.
Check lack of wear or damage of teeths of gear wheels of the oil pump.

By Shchup measure a gap between a gear wheel of the oil pump and a nest in a cover. Maximum permissible gap of an external gear wheel of the oil pump: 0,12–0,185 mm.
|
|
|
By Shchup measure a gap between teeths of gear wheels of the oil pump. A maximum permissible gap between teeths of gear wheels of the oil pump: 0,025–0,069 mm.
|
|
|
By metal ruler and shchupy measure a lateral gap of gear wheels of the oil pump.
|
|
|
Maximum permissible lateral gap of rotors of the oil pump: 0,04–0,085 mm.
|
Check a condition of the safety valve located in a forward cover.
. Check a condition of a spring of a safety valve.
Length of a spring in a free condition: 43,8 mm
Engines of 2,0/1,8 l: 43,8 mm
Engine of 1,6 l: 46,6 mm
Length of a spring under loading of 3,7 kg:
Engines of 2,0/1,8 l: 40,1 mm
Length of a spring under loading of 6,1 kg:
Engine of 1,6 l: 40,1 mm

Sensor of pressure of oil
|
|
If the control lamp of pressure of engine oil lights up after inclusion of ignition and dies away after engine start, means, the sensor of pressure of engine oil is serviceable. If the control lamp of pressure of engine oil does not light up after ignition inclusion, check a condition of the sensor of pressure of oil, a lamp and electroconducting.
If there is an electric current after inclusion of ignition and the current is absent after engine start, means, the sensor of pressure of engine oil is serviceable. If the sensor of pressure of engine oil is serviceable, check a lamp and electroconducting.
Using a deep key on 24 mm tighten the sensor the demanded moment.

Check of the sensor of pressure of oil
|
|
|
|
Ohmmeter check conductivity of connection between the plug of the sensor and the block of cylinders. In the absence of conductivity, replace the sensor.
|
Ohmmeter check conductivity of connection between the plug of the sensor and the block of cylinders at the put-forward rod of the sensor. If conductivity is available even at the put-forward rod, replace the sensor.
|
|
However, if there is no conductivity even at the annex of vacuum of 50 kPas to a sensor opening, the sensor works properly.
|
Check tightness of a diaphragm of the sensor and, if necessary, replace it.
|
|
Installation
Oil pump
|
|
Establish external and internal gear wheels of the oil pump in a forward cover, previously having combined put before a label.
Establish a cover of the oil pump and fix it bolts. After a tightening of bolts be convinced that gear wheels are turned easily and smoothly. Inhaling moment: 6–9 N • m.
|
|
Establish a safety valve, a spring and wrap a stopper, having tightened it the demanded moment. Before installation grease a safety valve with engine oil. Inhaling moment: 40–50 N • m.
|
|
|
Forward cover
|
|
Establish a forward cover with new laying and fix it bolts.
|
Length of bolts:
Engines of 2,0/1,8 l:
And – 25 mm
B–20 mm
C–45 mm
D–38 mm
Engine of 1,6 l:
And – 30 mm
B–45 mm
C–60 mm
D–22 mm
Inhaling moment: 20–27 N • m.
Oil consolidation

|
Using the special tool 09214-32000, establish in a forward cover oil consolidation of the forward party of a cranked shaft.
|
|
|
Establish the special tool 09214-32100 at a forward end face of a cranked shaft and apply a thin film oils on an external surface of the special tool for installation of a forward cover.
|
Establish the oil filter.
Clear of the remains of old laying interfaced surfaces of the oil pallet and the block of cylinders.
Put a continuous layer of hermetic on an interfaced surface of the oil pallet. Round openings for bolts hermetic have from the inside.
|
|
- The thickness of a layer of hermetic should be about 4 mm.
- After drawing of hermetic establish the oil pallet within no more than 15 minutes.
|
|
|
Establish the oil pallet on the block of cylinders and fix bolts. Inhaling moments: 10–12 N • m.
|
